ADVANZ PHARMA is a specialty pharmaceutical company headquartered in London, United Kingdom, with a strategic focus on complex medicines and specialty pharmaceuticals in Europe and other international markets. We operate in more than 90 countries and are committed to improving access to critical medicines worldwide. In addition to supplying products, we engage with HCPs, healthcare organisations, and research partners in a variety of scientific and clinical contexts. To protect children’s personal information and to meet the standards of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) in the US, we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. This website is a general audience website and is not geared toward children.
In addition, we do not collect any personal information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you should use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian and should not submit any personal information to us.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from an individual under the age of 18 without appropriate consent or legal basis, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as soon as possible.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information that we collect and process about you. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information. Such measures include, but are not limited to, access controls, encryption, secure data storage environments, regular system monitoring, and staff training in data protection principles. As a result, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage in our systems.
We restrict and limit access to personal information only to those of our employees or authorised service providers who need it to carry out their business functions for ADVANZ PHARMA, and our employees understand their requirement to safeguard personal information and prevent its unauthorised access, disclosure, or use. We also require each of our authorised service providers who need such information to safeguard against such unauthorised access, disclosure or use.

Specifically, our website servers are located in North America, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden and Australia, and our group companies and third-party service providers and partners operate in various jurisdictions globally. Where data is transferred from the EEA to a jurisdiction that is not subject to an adequacy decision, these agreements include implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Please note that we may charge a reasonable fee for multiple requests in the same 12-month period, as permitted by law.
We may have a reason under the law why we do not have to comply with your request, or why we may comply with it in a more limited way than you anticipated. If we do, we will explain that to you in our response.
