ADVANZ PHARMA Services (UK) Limited and its group entities (“ADVANZ PHARMA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respect your rights to privacy. This Privacy Notice explains who we are, how we collect, share, and use personal information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

1. Scope of this Privacy Notice

This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) applies to personal information that we collect through our websites, including https://www.advanzpharma.com/ ("Website"), as well as through other interactions with you by email, mail, telephone, in person, or through other digital or offline channels. It also applies to personal information processed in the context of our broader professional, scientific, clinical, and commercial activities, including engagements with healthcare professionals (“HCPs”), study investigators, business partners, suppliers, investors, and other stakeholders. These activities, together with our online presence, are referred to in this Privacy Notice as the “Services”.

ADVANZ PHARMA is a specialty pharmaceutical company headquartered in London, United Kingdom, with a strategic focus on complex medicines and specialty pharmaceuticals in Europe and other international markets. We operate in more than 90 countries and are committed to improving access to critical medicines worldwide. In addition to supplying products, we engage with HCPs, healthcare organisations, and research partners in a variety of scientific and clinical contexts. 3. What personal information does ADVANZ PHARMA process, why, and what is the legal basis for processing your personal information?

The personal information which we collect about you depends on your relationship with ADVANZ PHARMA and your interactions with our Website and/or Services. This includes interactions as a Website user, HCP, study investigator, customer, business partner, investor, supplier, or other stakeholder.

The table below sets out examples of the personal information we collect and the grounds on which we process this information. If you are a UK/EEA resident, the table also sets out our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information.

In general, we will use the personal information we collect from you only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice or for purposes that we explain to you at the time we collect your personal information.

If we ask you to provide personal information to comply with a legal requirement or to perform a contract with you, we will make this clear at the relevant time and advise you whether the provision of your personal information is mandatory or not (as well as of the possible consequences if you do not provide your personal information).

4. Who does ADVANZ PHARMA share my personal information with?

We may disclose your personal information to the following categories of recipients:

• our group companies who process personal information for purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice. This includes supporting the delivery of our products and services, managing internal administration, engaging with healthcare professionals or business partners, and ensuring the proper functioning and security of our systems and infrastructure. Our group companies, to which we transfer personal data, operate in the same sector as ADVANZ PHARMA and are based both within and outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions;
• third party service providers and partners who perform data processing services on our behalf. This includes entities that support the delivery and functionality of our Website, improve its security and performance, or assist with operational functions such as cloud hosting, IT services, customer relationship management, event organisation, scientific engagement, or clinical research. These third parties are contractually bound to process personal data only in accordance with our instructions and to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information. • an actual or potential buyer (and its agents and advisers) in connection with any proposed purchase, restructuring, financing, merger or acquisition or similar corporate transaction involving all or any part of our business, provided that we inform the buyer it must use your personal information only for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Notice;any other person with your consent to the disclosure. For example, we may share your contact details with a third party for collaborative research or joint professional activities if you have agreed to this.

5. Commitment to Children’s Privacy

To protect children’s personal information and to meet the standards of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) in the US, we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. This website is a general audience website and is not geared toward children.

In addition, we do not collect any personal information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you should use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian and should not submit any personal information to us.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from an individual under the age of 18 without appropriate consent or legal basis, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as soon as possible.

6. How does ADVANZ PHARMA keep my personal information secure?

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information that we collect and process about you. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information. Such measures include, but are not limited to, access controls, encryption, secure data storage environments, regular system monitoring, and staff training in data protection principles. However, no commercial method of information transfer over the Internet or electronic data storage is known to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage in our systems.

We restrict and limit access to personal information only to those of our employees or authorised service providers who need it to carry out their business functions for ADVANZ PHARMA, and our employees understand their requirement to safeguard personal information and prevent its unauthorised access, disclosure, or use. We also require each of our authorised service providers who need such information to safeguard against such unauthorised access, disclosure or use.

If one of our websites requires a login name and password, you are responsible for the security of your login and passwords. Make sure you keep them in a safe place and do not share them with others. Always remember to logout after your session ends to ensure that other people cannot access your account information.

7. International data transfers

In some cases, your personal information is transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country (and, in some cases, may not be as protective).

Specifically, our website servers are located in North America, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden and Australia, and our group companies and third-party service providers and partners operate in various jurisdictions globally. This means that your personal information may be processed in countries that are not considered to provide an equivalent level of data protection as the UK or the EEA.

Data transfers between ADVANZ PHARMA group companies, including between group companies in different countries, are covered by inter-company agreements which require all group companies to protect personal information that they process. Where data is transferred from the EEA to a jurisdiction that is not subject to an adequacy decision, these agreements include implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on their state of residence, U.S. residents may have the right to object to our collection and use of their personal information at any time, or to require us to review, transmit, change, or delete their information that we have collected and retained about them. An authorized agent, such as another individual or business, may submit a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under applicable law. Once you have submitted your request, we will respond within the time frame permitted by applicable law. Please note that we may charge a reasonable fee for multiple requests in the same 12-month period, as permitted by law.

We may have a reason under the law why we do not have to comply with your request, or why we may comply with it in a more limited way than you anticipated. If we do, we will explain that to you in our response.

Verification. We must verify your identity before responding to your request. We may verify your identity by asking you to provide personal identifiers that we can match against information we may have collected from you previously. We may need to follow up with you to request more information to verify your identity. We will not use personal information we collect in connection with verifying or responding to your request for any purpose other than responding to your request.

Appeals. Residents of California have the right to appeal a denial of their request by contacting us as described in the notice of denial.
